It's perfect for stir-fries too, because although it may look like it's made from heavyweight cast iron, it's actually made from lightweight cast aluminium so it's much easier to shake your food around without spraining your wrist.

Fast-heating induction base

While the pan is made from high-quality cast aluminium that heats up quickly and evenly for fast and efficient cooking, the base is stainless steel, making this grill pan suitable for any style of hob, including induction.

Easy to clean

Thanks to the impressive double layer of non-stick, you'll find cleaning the pan is easy - a quick hand wash will bring it up gleaming, but it can go in the dishwasher too.

About the Lakeland Cast Aluminium range

Cast iron pots and pans look great, but you often need the arms of a weightlifter to pick them up. Our looks-like-cast-iron range is made from lightweight cast aluminium so it's much easier to handle, but it doesn't compromise on looks or performance. Finished in smart grey that will work in any kitchen, each piece is coated with a double layer of non-stick. The casseroles have self-basting lids, which ensure your food stays moist, even during long, slow cooking, and the whole range is oven safe up to 180°C and attractive enough to go from oven or hob (including induction) to your table for serving up.
