Generously sized, the Scanpan TechnIQ 6.8L Stockpot is perfect for creating a meal for a large family or for batch-cooking your favourite curries and casseroles. Offering exceptional heat retention, this robust pot is ideal for boiling and simmering vegetables, grains and pasta, as well as preparing and reducing soups, sauces and stocks.

Made from stainless steel with a squeeze-cast aluminium centre with no air bubbles, this pan offers even heating throughout. Working well on any style of hob, including induction, it can be washed in the dishwasher and is oven safe up to 260°C.

This TechnIQ pan features customised internal angles, designed to avoid any chance of food gathering in °Corners when cooking and mixing, which makes it easier to stir the contents and not leave anything behind when serving or cleaning. In addition, the ergonomic handles are attached with heavy-duty rivets for strength and are easy to grip and comfortable to carry.
