All the utensils are BPA-free, and you can pop them in the dishwasher for easy clean-up when you're finished with them.

Please note: the raised heads of Elevate tools will not touch your work surface while at rest, but this does not prevent drips that may stain the countertop if you're cooking with strongly coloured ingredients.
