Easy to use

There are no batteries or wires involved - simply hang the thermometer from your oven rack or stand it straight on the bars near to your food, then switch your oven on (don't put it in an already-hot oven).

Large easy-read dial

The large dial is easy to read and shows the temperature in both degrees Celsius (50-300°C) and Fahrenheit (100-600F). It also features handy warming, baking and roasting zones, so you can easily monitor the levels for whatever you're cooking. And if it's good enough for Michel Roux Jr
