If you love the freshness of line-dried laundry but don't have room for a permanent rotary airer, or don't want one constantly ruining your view of the garden (they're super-useful, but even their biggest fans can't argue that they're lovely to look at!), then our Free-Standing Rotary Airer might be just what you're looking for.

What's in the box?

• Base unit - with four legs for stability.
• Top unit - with four arms that open umbrella-style, plastic washing lines with a tension clip to tighten them up.
• 4 ground pegs - hook through the loops on the bottom of each leg to anchor your airer more firmly in soft ground.
• Storage bag - for neat storage when not in use.

Put it up anywhere

Made of lightweight aluminium, this compact rotary washing line is really easy to carry out into your garden and position wherever you want it. Once you've chosen the best flat spot - sunny, windy, out of sight - set up the legs and lock them into position, using the ground pegs to help hold it stable if you've put it on your lawn. Slot the top unit neatly into the base and click it into place, then remove the hook and loop strap and slide the arms up into the open' position.

Providing 19 metres of drying space, with plenty of room between the lines, it will comfortably hold a full load of washing. Like all proper' rotary airers it spins all the way round, helping your laundry dry faster and making it easy to load from one spot. The washing lines can be easily wiped clean and the tension clip lets you shorten the line and make it tighter if needed.

When the weather turns against you, or you just want to enjoy all of your garden, it's just as easy to take down, and stores neatly away into the included storage bag, ready to stash in a garage or cupboard until it's needed again.
