With its large surface area and high sides, it's ideal for cooking big batches of scrambled eggs, or for browning meat ready for roasting in the oven.

Stratanium+ non-stick coating

Coated with Scanpan's commercial grade Stratanium+ non-stick that's been tested by professional chefs, this pan allows the frying, browning and crisping of food without any added fat - great for health-conscious cooks. Strong and durable with a slightly rough surface, the BPA-, PFOA- and PTFE-free non-stick is guaranteed not to peel or blister, is metal utensil-friendly and offers exceptional food release, making it easy to clean too.

Great performance

Featuring a squeeze-cast aluminium core with no air bubbles, the pan offers even heating throughout for great cooking performance, and the base will never warp either. Working on any style of hob, including induction, it can be washed in the dishwasher and is oven safe up to 260°C.

This TechnIQ pan features customised internal angles, designed to avoid any chance of food gathering in °Corners when cooking and mixing, which makes it easier to stir the contents and not leave anything behind when serving or cleaning.
