Quality

Made from 1mm thick heavy-duty carbon steel, it's thicker than most others you can buy. The double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick makes food release easy, and clean-up's a doddle too. There are no rolled, uncoated edges, so there's no danger of water traps and rusting.

Performance

With a contoured base that ensures air can circulate around your food for crisp, even cooking, and a handy corner nose' for pouring away excess fat or collecting juices for gravy, this professional gauge roaster is oven-safe up to 240°C. To make lifting easy, it has generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts, and multiple roasters of the same size can be stacked for space-saving storage.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rus.
