Adding Certo Pectin to home-made jams and marmalades means they'll require less boiling, and will retain the full flavour and colour of the fruit within. Indispensable when making those notoriously difficult-to-set preserves like strawberry, blackberry or rhubarb where the natural fruit is low in pectin.
Certo is a liquid pectin made from the skin of pressed apples or citrus fruits and is a natural, water-soluble fibre gelling agent.
250ml - sufficient for 4.5kg (10lb) jam.
