With a ridged side for creating those authentic flame-grilled stripes on meat, fish and vegetables, and a flat side for sizzling all kinds of food, the dual-sided grizzler is the perfect way to master more dishes than ever. With two removable cast iron handles, getting your food in and out is easier than ever and the stainless steel trivet means that you can protect your surfaces and while keeping your dish piping hot.

• Double-Sided Grizzler - a cast iron grilling plate with ridges on one side for searing meats or roasting vegetables, and a flat side for sizzling chicken wings, corn on the cob, loaded potato skins and much more. Heat-resistant to an impressive 500°C you can truly get the most out of your Ooni.
• Two removable cast iron handles - designed to help you safely transfer your Grizzler dish in and out of your Ooni pizza oven, the handles hook onto either side of the dish to help you place it into the oven and then take it out again once the cooking's done.
• Stainless styeel trivet - this stainless steel trivet board holds the cast iron dish perfectly when it comes out of the oven, so you can serve straight from the and protect your table at the same time.
