It couldn't be easier or safer to use. Load the catcher cup with your ingredients - there's a handy measuring guide so you don't overfill it - attach the blade section and pump the large, comfortable knob on top to rotate the super-sharp stainless steel blade to start chopping into the cup. You can even chop directly onto your chopping board if you remove the base of the catcher cup. The more you chop, the smaller the slices will be.

Easy to clean

Clean-up is simple too, as the whole thing comes apart and can go in your dishwasher.
