Easy to clean

We've spaced the wires nice and evenly to make it easy to clean, and it's dishwasher safe, but the super-easy way to get it clean is to whisk some water in the sink - or mixing bowl - as soon as your whisking tasks are done and before the mixture has a chance to set.
