Grill or toast

Whether you've got a hankering for griddled fish, chicken or steak, or you're craving a calzone, this machine can serve it up quickly and easily: it comes with two sets of interchangeable non-stick aluminium plates, one set for grilling, and another for toasting sandwiches. The ridged grill plates can be used to cook steak, fish or paninis and are ideal for getting those authentic griddle marks on your food, while the deep-fill sandwich plates let you make delicious thickly-stuffed toasties, French toast, omelettes, pastries, quesadillas and calzones.

This super-versatile machine also adjusts to suit your cooking needs, so if you're using it as a contact grill, the floating hinge holds the upper plate gently over your food to cook your meats or panini quickly and evenly on both sides, or you can close it completely to cook toasties.

Easy to use

Heating up really quickly so it's ready to go in no time, it has an easy-to-use variable temperature dial which gives you complete control for accurate cooking, whatever you're preparing. Simply twist the dial to switch between LOW, MED and HIGH (the highest temperature of 210°C is ideal for searing steaks). The non-stick cooking plates are dishwasher safe for easy clean up.
