The water‐based pastes are perfect for colouring sugar paste (rolled fondant), modelling paste, flower paste (gum paste), marzipan, buttercream, royal icing and more. The set of 20 features a fabulous selection of vibrant colours and soft shades, including blue, green, pink, purple, yellow, black, white and neutrals. The pastes are easy to use ‐ simply add a tiny amount at a time and slowly increase until you reach your required colour (adding less will give you lighter shades), and you can also mix colours to create new shades.
