Speciality producers of award-winning preserves handmade in the English Lake District - they started as caf owners and discovered that customers wanted to be able to take a jar of their delicious home-made condiments home, as a souvenir of a memorable meal in Hawkshead. Having started in 2001 with three products, they now offer well over 100 and are always inventing more production has moved to a 16th century barn just outside the village while the original premises is now a shop where you taste their wares before buying.
