Coated with Scanpan's revolutionary Stratanium+ non-stick that's been tested by professional chefs, this pan allows you to cook and brown your food without any added fat for healthier, crispier results. Strong and durable with a slightly rough surface, this BPA-, PFOA- and PTFE-free non-stick is guaranteed not to peel or blister, is metal utensil-friendly and offers exceptional food release, making it easy to clean too.

Great performance

Each HaptIQ pan has a composite five-layer construction, including a squeeze-cast aluminium core with no air bubbles for even heat distribution, and a stainless steel layer for durability so it will never warp. Working on any style of hob, including induction, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher and is oven safe up to 260°C too.

Easy to use

This HaptIQ pan features customised internal angles, meaning that food won't gather in °Corners when cooking and mixing, so it's easier to stir the contents and not leave anything behind when serving or cleaning.
