Easy to care for

Cast iron is a durable cooking material, and with a little loving care, your new skillet will last a lifetime. Just wash it by hand with warm soapy water, dry, then use a bit of kitchen roll to apply a thin coat of cooking oil to the inside to keep up with the seasoning.
