Prestige have finished the aluminium body of this pan with an ultra hard-wearing layer of non-stick that contains real diamonds - the hardest substance on earth. Providing extra resistance to wear and tear where you need it most, the non-stick also helps give exceptional heat conductivity across the entire pan surface as the diamonds conduct heat better than copper. So whatever you're frying - from steak to eggs to fish - will cook evenly and release easily when you're done.

Thermo Smart heat indicator handle

The indicator light on the handle turns green when the pan's reached the right temperature to start cooking, so you know exactly when to add your ingredients for the best results. Very helpful when you've got several pans on the go and are trying to get the timings just right!
