The Ooni Volt 12 lets you cook homemade pizza indoors, as well as outdoors, so you can enjoy the great taste that made Ooni famous whatever the weather. Able to reach an impressive 450°C in just 20 minutes - that's twice the temperature most domestic ovens can reach - you can enjoy a stone-baked, crispy crust pizza from the comfort of your kitchen or garden. And the best part? Once it's reached its peak temperature, it cooks your pizza in a mere 90 seconds - pretty impressive for a countertop oven.

With a clear glass window and an internal light, it's easy to keep an eye on your pizza's progress without having to open the insulated door to sneak a peek. The three dials control temperature, time and balance to take the guess work out of the cooking and help craft the perfect pizza every time. The balance dial lets you shift the heat between the top and bottom element to ensure both sides of your pizza are evenly cooked, and there's even a boost function to reheat the cooking stone in just 45 seconds.

Not just for pizza

Although it's called a pizza oven, this is far from being a one-trick-wonder. We already know the Ooni product range cooks the best wood-fired pizzas - that's a given - but did you know you can also use it to cook everything from chicken thighs and salmon steaks to curries, calzones and cayenne-spiced shrimp?
