Zesty and refreshing, Nielsen-Massey's Orange Extract is a great ingredient to have on hand for all those times when you forget to buy fresh oranges. It also saves a whole heap of time as there's absolutely no juicing or zesting required. Made from orange oil, it's a perfect flavour enhancer for lots of baked creations such as fruit pies, cookies, custards, marmalades and jams, and goes beautifully with any dish with strawberry or pineapple flavours. However, it's got plenty of savoury versatility too, being perfect for adding to salad dressings, marinades, chicken and fish dishes and vegetables, and it's easy to add a few drops to enhance the flavour of cocktails, mocktails and even chocolate milk and cranberry juice. And our favourite use - it's delicious paired with chocolate to make fabulous desserts.
