The extract's journey begins in the Bourbon Island of Madagascar, where the beans are directly imported from, before being manufactured in the family‐run brand's Yorkshire base. 100g of vanilla beans are used in every litre, making it a must‐have ingredient when you need a more intense flavour profile.

Not only is the vanilla extract delicious, but it's also incredibly versatile. While it's perfect for baked goods, ice cream, pastries, desserts and cocktails, it also makes tasty Chantilly cream, Crème Patissiere, and it can be added to yoghurt or milkshakes too.
