Quality

Made from 1mm thick carbon steel and treated to two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick for easy release and effortless cleaning, it can go straight in the dishwasher when you're done baking, as there are no rolled or uncoated edges to trap water.

Performance

Featuring clever fill lines so you know when to stop adding mix for evenly sized bakes, it also has large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts so you can get a firm hold when moving it around.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust - making them completely dishwasher safe.
