Sometimes you don't need one big quiche or tart but a few individual ones - to give guests a choice of fillings, or satisfy both meat-eaters and vegetarians - and that's where this set of 4 Mini Tartlet Tins comes in so handy. The °Cut' fluted edges make it easy to trim pastry to fit simply by rolling your rolling pin over them, while the loose bases make it easy to lift out your tartlets with the pastry perfectly intact.

Traditional tins with fluted edges

Perfect for single-serving sweet treats from lemon meringue pies to treacle tarts to fruit-topped flans, and savoury quiches both veggie and meat-stuffed, these tins have classic fluted edges, so you can drape your rolled-out pastry over the top, press it into the base and against the sides, then roll again so the edge cuts through the pastry - voila! Perfectly fitting pastry with no extra trimming.

Attractive, easy-release non-stick coating

Made from carbon steel for an even bake, these tins are finished with a double layer of XYNFLON Diamond Blue non-stick coating so your pastry will release easily without leaving lots of stuck-on crumbs behind. It also has a lovely blue sparkle' effect under the light - which doesn't have any particular benefit, but does mean these will be quite the prettiest tins in your baking cupboard!
